I was able to schedule a same day urgent care appointment at Access Urgent and was seen exactly at the time scheduled. I appreciate that as I was taking time off from work in the middle of the day and I did not have time for the hour or more time waiting room at a traditional urgent care. I received thorough medical treatment, didn't feel rushed, and appreciate the care given by both the medical provider and the nurse. Plus, I was able to get a tetanus booster and the prescription filled at the same time. I definitely recommend Access Urgent and plan to return the next time I need to be seen for an urgent medical matter.

I received prompt, friendly and caring service at Access Urgent in Charleston. I fell while running on vacation and got pretty banged up with several wounds/abrasions and very painful right hand that needed attention. I got in for an appointment within about 3 hours of my fall and was seen immediately. Shout out to my PA Colin and his assistants who did a thorough exam, cleaned and bandaged my wounds, explained in layman’s terms the likely cause of the pain in my hand and gave good instructions for follow up care. Very much appreciated their kind and caring attention for my situation.

Great experience at this Urgent Care! Got right in & out in less than 45 mins (including diagnosis, minor surgical procedure as well as dressing wound & antibiotics to go, which avoided having to find a pharmacy!) ...the front desk person as well as the P.A. were warm & welcoming. The P.A. was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Was just a minor blip in our 5 day stay here in Charleston (from Michigan) Thank you!! P.S. BTW, you wouldn't want to see photos of the abscess ; ) (LOL!!)

love it here the whole experience is seamless and they even offer you water while you wait which I love. I have now been 3 times and there is little to no wait. they are all friendly efficient and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing an urgent care.

My experience was excellent and went well. Every Dr. made sure I was comfortable and at ease during my procedure of stitches. I want to say thank y’all for doing an amazing job of consoling me in my panic condition. I definitely recommend anyone in the area if needed quick urgent care to please go to Access urgent care. I was in town for the weekend visiting family. Happened to wake up with an ear ache and decided to go to urgent care. Was absolutely the decision I made. The facility is great and the doctor was super kind and explained everything. I was in and out in probably 30 mins with my medication! 10/10 Thank you!

While on vacation in Charleston SC I started having lower back pain and possible urinary track infection. I found AccessHealthcare on google and made an appt. I met with Colin Echard PA who was wonderful to work with. From the front office staff to Colin everyone was extremely helpful and sent me home with an antibiotic. Colin called within a day or so to see how I was doing. They gave me pages of info for my primary Dr to look over and the labs that were taken. To be on vacation and have to find someone to take care of my needs I felt very lucky to have found AccessHealthcare/Access Urgent. If you in live in Charleston or just visiting these are the people to see. Highly recommended by Debbie Coomes from Kansas City🥰
